ACCV is non-profit and is funded through both registration fees and sponsorship. Standard sponsorship deals are detailed below, but alternative arrangements can be made on negotiation.

Platinum Sponsor (Fee by negotiation, limited to 1)
The sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- A logo on the front page of the conference programme
- A logo on the front page of the ACCV website
- Company description on ACCV website and in conference programme
- Complimentary trade display space of two panels at the conference venue, and display board at the registration desk
- Satchel insert and satchel branding
- Single page advertisement in the conference programme

Gold Sponsor ($5000 plus GST, limited to 3)
The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

- Single page advertisement in the conference programme
- One complimentary registration

Silver Sponsor ($2500 plus GST)
The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

- Company description and logo on ACCV website and in conference programme

- One complimentary invitation to the Welcome Function or the Conference Dinner.
Bronze Sponsor ($1000 plus GST)
The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

Social Event Sponsorship (by negotiation)
There are two major social events that can be sponsored: the Tuesday evening Welcome Function and the Thursday night Conference Dinner.
The sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- The acknowledgement of sponsorship by a logo on the back page of the conference programme and within the conference schedule
- Company description on ACCV website and in conference programme
- Complimentary trade display space of one panel at the conference venue and display board at the registration desk
- Satchel insert
- Short speaking opportunity at the event
- Two complimentary invitations to the Welcome Function or the Conference Dinner being sponsored.
Lunch, Morning Tea; Afternoon Tea sponsorship (by negotiation, approximately $3000 + GST)
The sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary trade display space of one panel at the conference venue
- The acknowledgement of sponsorship within the conference schedule
- Satchel insert
- Short speaking opportunity at the start of the lunch, morning or afternoon tea.
Once sponsorship is approved (and depending on availability), you will be invoiced for the sponsorship category selected.
